England v Belgium: Your starting XI for Nations League match at Wembley

England XI picked by BBC Sport readers: Pope; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Coady, Chilwell; Grealish, Henderson, Mount; Sancho, Kane, Rashford

The performance of an inexperienced England side against Wales on Thursday has given manager Gareth Southgate a host of selection headaches.

Jack Grealish, man of the match against Wales, is the most-selected player, while Conor Coady makes it in after scoring on his home debut.

Nick Pope gets the nod from you in goal – BBC Sport readers preferred Dean Henderson when we asked for your team to face Wales. Southgate’s usual number one, Jordan Pickford, was the least popular keeper, included in only 17% of teams.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored on his debut against Wales and was the eighth-most picked player overall, but he does not make it in as Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho were all more popular choices.

You opted for Ben Chilwell at left-back but he will not feature against the world’s top-ranked team at Wembley because of illness. Kieran Tripper was next in line to slot in.

Eric Dier, the one man Southgate indicated would definitely start against Belgium, was only the 21st most-picked player.
